One of our staff had the first platter pictured at the Desta Ethiopian Kitchen last night. Now, we'd like to take the same concept and convert it into a completely vegetarian combination of that plus other Ethiopian ingredients (such as the ones pictured in the image on the right).
Our new bowl would feature some traditional Ethiopian ingredients and would be our first dish from Africa. Based off these and other Ethiopian platters, we think it would be a great new addition to our food truck. Let us know what you think in the comments below!!
